I help young adults or college students who are anxious, stressed and worried. I will teach you how to tame the beast of anxiety by quieting your inner critic and practicing self-care. We work together to develop skills to manage the daily worry, stress and anxious thoughts without feeling that we burden our other relationships.
We will work together weekly to get you feeling relief and start moving towards stability ASAP. We will connect and laugh while we work through the negative thoughts and body sensations that are getting in the way of your day to day routine.
I believe in treating the whole person and will provide you with relaxation tools to bring more peace to your life. Therapy is an investment for your future self so that you can be ready for the curve balls and not be dodging them with no practice.
